Founded in 1947 as a specialty
contractor, DWC Construction Company has been providing
construction services to Middle Tennessee and the Southeastern
United States for more than 57 years. In the 1970s, we expanded
our services to include interior general contracting. Since then,
commercial interiors have been our primary focus.
As Nashville’s oldest and most
prestigious interior general contractor, we were the first to
recognize that construction projects in occupied spaces required a
different approach than those in unoccupied ones. As a result,
we pioneered special customer service techniques and construction
philosophies that have changed the construction experience for
thousands of clients. Though our competitors have attempted to
copy our innovations, they’ve never been able to duplicate them.
During the last three years, we
have assisted clients with interior construction projects worth
well over $40 million. 89 percent of our business each year comes
